ProRack Systems is based in Columbia, South Carolina, at 155 Corporate Lane. From there we supply warehouse racking, pallet shelving and material handling equipment to warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities across the state.
We handle the full project rather than just the sale: design and layout, delivery, and installation. If you are outfitting a new building or expanding one you already run, we can put together a system built around your pallets, your equipment and your available space.
Our product line covers selective pallet racking, cantilever racks, drive-in racking, carton flow, wire decking, warehouse security cages and rack accessories, in both new and used configurations.
New equipment is not the only route to more storage capacity. We work with used pallet racks in South Carolina, which gives you another option when you are planning a system around a fixed budget or a short timeline.
The reverse works too. If you are replacing an existing system, downsizing or closing a building, we can buy your current racking structure. That includes racking you originally purchased from another supplier.
Our team can walk you through where used makes sense for your application and where new is the better long-term buy.
Selective pallet racking is the most widely used method of pallet storage and generally the most cost-effective, because a single-deep layout makes the most of your vertical space. Every pallet stays directly accessible, since no other pallet sits in front of the one you need.
The system comes together from a few components. Vertical frames set the height and depth. Beams connect to the uprights and determine the length of each bay. Decking lays over the beams to support pallets and keep the beams from spreading.
Most pallet racking uses a teardrop design: the connector drops into place over a rivet and locks with a built-in beam lock, so the system is boltless and beam levels can be repositioned as your product changes.
We supply the uprights, beams and decks to build the configuration you need, in a range of heights, widths and depths.
When you are storing a high volume of similar pallets and last-in, first-out suits your operation, drive-in racking is the denser option. It stores pallets several layers deep and eliminates the aisles between them, which frees up floor space for other work.
Depths are customizable to the pallet sizes and weights you handle.
If your facility handles long, bulky or awkwardly shaped material, a cantilever rack keeps it organized and off the floor. Horizontal arms extend from vertical uprights, so the front of each bay stays open and a forklift can reach a single piece or a full load directly.
A cantilever system is built from uprights, a base, arms and brace sets, and it is modular. Components can be added later to change how the system works as your storage needs shift.
Cantilever racks suit material such as lumber, pipe, tubing, steel bars and furniture. Because they differ substantially from standard pallet racks, a few things need attention before you buy. They handle heavier and oblong loads, but they carry strict capacity requirements, and unsafe use creates serious safety hazards. They can also cost more than pallet racking for the same footprint.
Our team can analyze what you store and work out the right configuration, including system height, arm length, capacity, and whether single-sided or double-sided fits the application. We offer both stock and customizable configurations.
Wire decking adds support, visibility and stability to a pallet rack system. Because it is open, it lets airflow, light and water from fire-suppression systems pass through more easily than solid shelving does.
We supply wire decking in South Carolina in powder-coated and galvanized finishes, and we can work out the right configuration for new racks or for racks you already have.
Wire deck accessories available:
We also offer perforated decking where an application needs greater surface coverage while still maintaining airflow and drainage.
Carton flow racking, also called gravity flow racking, uses gravity to load and retrieve inventory. It is built around first-in, first-out movement: as a carton is taken from the picking side, the next one moves forward. That cuts retrieval time and keeps product in order.
We offer flexible bed flow and select lane flow configurations to suit different carton sizes and operating requirements. Our team can help determine the configuration and the carton flow rack dividers appropriate to the products your facility handles.
Carton flow works well for applications including:
For inventory that needs to be contained, warehouse security cages store valuable items with better protection while maintaining ventilation and visibility. We also carry a range of rack accessories for organizing and protecting product within your system.
Racking has to be installed correctly and, eventually, taken down correctly.

We offer a fast and straightforward warehouse rack liquidation service
We specialize in wholesale distribution of pallet racking and warehouse solutions for Pallet Rack Dealers.
Dismantling is more involved than it looks. Racking comes apart in a particular order, and getting that order wrong risks a collapse or damaged components. Wire decking comes off first. Once the racks are down, components are bundled so they can be sold, stored or reinstalled. Working with people who do this regularly protects the value of the steel and shortens the downtime.
We have been designing, selling and installing storage systems since 2006, and we are one of the fastest-growing material handling companies in the United States.
We are based here. Columbia is our own facility, not a forwarding number.
We handle the whole project. Design and layout through delivery and installation, plus dismantling, relocation, liquidation and buyback when the time comes.
We serve every part of the market. Distributors, contractors and end users, backed by fast shipping, competitive pricing and expert support.
We supply dealers as well. Our wholesale program means we move volume across pallet racking, cantilever, drive-in, wire decking and carton flow.
Selective pallet racking, cantilever racks, drive-in pallet racking, carton flow systems, wire decking, warehouse security cages, in-plant and modular buildings, and a range of rack accessories. New and used options are both available.
It comes down to what you store and how you move it. Your pallets' size and weight determine the type of racking. The depth of each pallet lane depends on how many pallets you need to store and how long they sit. Your racking dimensions also depend on the width and height of your forklifts. Our team can analyze what you store and design around it.
Yes. We work with used pallet racking alongside new systems, and we also purchase existing rack systems from businesses that are upgrading, downsizing or replacing their storage equipment, including racking bought from another supplier.
Selective racking gives you direct access to every pallet and is generally the most cost-effective way to add capacity, since nothing blocks the pallet you need. Drive-in racking stores pallets multiple layers deep without aisles, giving you greater density, and it suits last-in, first-out operations with a high volume of similar product.
In many cases, yes. The rack style, beam dimensions and load requirements need to be confirmed first so the decking fits and performs as it should. We can help determine the right configuration.
Yes. We provide installation along with design, dismantling, relocation and liquidation. We can work with new systems, your existing racks, or racks supplied by another company.
Yes. We run a wholesale distribution program for dealers covering pallet racking, cantilever racks, drive-in racking, wire decking, carton flow and pallet shelving.
